01Definitions & Scope of Agreement

02Account Eligibility & Registration

• Not listed on the 444cuc platform self-exclusion list or any applicable gambling exclusion program.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, active email address, and phone number. 444cuc reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the information provided. Failure to supply the requested documents within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

03User Account & Responsibilities

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at 444cuc at any one time. This includes a prohibition on registering with a different name, different email, or different device to avoid detection. Violation of this one-account rule will result in all associated accounts being closed and all balances and bonuses forfeited.

As an account holder, you are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and login credentials confidential. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).
• All activities that occur on your account, including activities carried out by third parties who gain access due to your own negligence.
• Notify the 444cuc support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

04Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

09Account Suspension & Closure

444cuc reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence or suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
• The member is found to have violated any term in this document.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• The member has registered for a self-exclusion program but attempts to access the platform.

For accounts closed due to a terms violation, 444cuc reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Accounts closed upon the member's own request or due to inactivity will have any valid balance returned once the review process is complete.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 444cuc shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Losses arising from the failure or delay of third-party payment systems.
• Loss or damage arising from computer viruses or other harmful materials that may infect your device as a result of using our platform.

11Responsible Gambling
